I am using freecharge since three months. And big turn off from this website or app is when you use first they provide you with cash backs on recharge or bill payment and once you are old there is no longer cash back or promo code for you for anything.
The only benefit you will get from this app is you will no longer require to be in long line for paying bills.
But there are reliance apps which provides all necessary information and also you can pay online, then why should I use your app if you fails to provide cashback for old users.
I just wanted you to know that freecharge sucks.
