BAD EXPERIENCE/POLICY.....FREECHARGE

I am a housewife and using freecharge since long time but from last 3 months freecharge has capture my Rs.1102/- and not allowing me to do any bill payment/recharge.


It provides no any helpline no. and mail doesn’t properly responds.Ask something and they reply other something.very harassing for me!


and even it capture my Rs.338/- more on 17-12-2016 while doing a recharge.


very bad and harassing experience.


please help.
