I wanted to update my videocond2h account using freecharge.
I opened the application and on the id, I have entered account id, as it was not clear which id needs to be entered.
this is strange that there is not check whether the id is correct, neither at freecharge end nor at videocon end. Completely poor practice, you can’t expect this thing to happen at bank or credit cards website, they are robust enough. freecharge is like kind of application prepared by dummies .
my money went into an account which is dormant for last 7 years. Now neither freecharge or videocon wants to return money and both pointing to each other.
so better avoid this app by dummies.
