Freecharge is an online digital payments app and website and they have tiedup with snapdeal. The website design and layout part of this site is not satisfactory and not user friendly. Only for new customers the cash back offers are credited as being an old customer I was not given any cash back offers. I did an jio recharge for rs458 and no cash back offers are available to me. When I contacted the support team I did not receive any response for a week and after a week I was informed that no cash back offers are available. The most dissatisfactory part is I have applied the promo code while I recharged my number as it was mentioned in the site but no cash back was offered. There is an option to withdraw our money to bank but it seems this option is not at all working in the site and the support team also not properly answering the queries for withdrawal to bank. There is no option to even change our emailid and most of the time the transactions are failed due to technical and software errors. I would not recommend this site as there is no unique offers and service part is also not creditworthy.
