Well I wold first go to its name which is quite deceptive according to me! They are selling some sale coupons which are not free. So Freecharge is a deceptive name. I have recharged my mobile many times from this website.
But one ask himself that why are they special? They have done due to marketing, they have built a name for themselves but nothing is special on site this is just ordinary charging website.
Loading time is slow. user interface is attractive. I used to prefer paytm but they have made mess of themselves by including e commerce business in it. You can pay from credit, debit, atm and net banking.
As they are big brand your money is safe in terms of security as they have their website certified from many agencies.
