I recharge my number with Rs 50 against order ID: FCVA14112797362758 on 27-Nov.
Till 02-Dec, they are showing, once we received update from Vodafone, we will update you.
On escalating 02-Dec, they reverted, your orders was unsuccessful and amount has refunded back to freecharge account, then why these people showing “we received update from Vodafone, we will update you.”
And 2nd why amount is NOT refunded in my bank account and what about the promo code I have used of Rs30.
On asking the status of promo code amount Rs 30, they have stopped replying on my email.
DO NOT USE THIS PORTAL because,
-They cancel your order and never update you.
-They use your money by transferring the amount to so called “freecharge account.”
-They stop replying on escalation.
It is better to call them fakercharge.com
