Worst Brand with Fraud Return & Exchange Policy

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND! I ordered for 2 T-shirts on 19th April 2015(Prepaid) and reached me on 29th April 2015(quite late), but I was having sizing problem so called their pathetic customer support, they picked up my call after 15 minutes waiting.


I spoke to their staff for refund because both T-shirts size was not available in stock, I also was suggested that their company policy doesn’t allow refund in any case, either customers can exchange or buy another products(with your refund money in freecultr account) from the existing collection and that too will be considered after their lengthy & pathetic exchange policy(15 to 16 days approx.)


Don’t you think this is all bullshit kind of fraud company policies, having clear intention to bound customers to shop from them without return their money back? I wanted to talk to their manager but customer support executive didn’t transfer my call to him and disconnected my call after 20 minutes long waiting. Ridiculous they don’t understand the importance of customer’s time!


Worst Product Quality


The print on the T-shirt was too bad and it literally washed away in just a single wash.
