I ordered a pair of shoes (thank god didn’t shop more) and its been 5 days and the shoes are nowhere near delivery.
Several calls and emails were of no use as their Customer Care executives apparently don’t have any control on their external courier vendors’- who’s trained these idiots?!
I’m never shopping with these guys again!
