MOST UNETHICAL AND FRAUD COMPANY - Fresh to Home . I have come across in my life. Today was my first and Last order to this online portal. After ordering two items and making the online payment. There executive called and said one order is cancelled because of quality issues and my money will be credited back after 7 days? what? When I asked them to credit my money while they are delivering my other product, they denied and said its 7 days to return the money back. So had to cancel both my orders as it sounded very fishy.
This is a scam company all of you please BEWARE from this Fraud. If u dont have quality items why do u take payments in advance for your products and the representative cut the call in middle when I was asking him to refund the money. Later after I called them back the so called incharge spoke to me and he also said the refund would take 7 DAYS to process. So I think many people are daily becoming victims of this Fraud. Keeping our money in there accounts should gain them a good amount of interest from Bank assuming daily they have thousands of this kind transactions.
Two things:
If u have quality checks and issues why u ask the customer to pay the money in advance instead explain u r procedures and keep only COD.
In India where RBI has made transfers max in 30 min to any bank account they need 7 days to process.
