I have ordered gym equipments last year during lockdown, in june 2020.products were at affordable rates so thought why not try a new website this time, might be they serve better.
Dnt imagine, how bad the experience was.the product reached my doorstep in september in very poor condition, torn packaging, dirty.though i have paid for the product, i thought if delivery took 3 months, refund will be lifetime, so i was left with no option then adjustment.
Customer service was also not upto mark.constantly saying aaj ayega ..kal ayga..giving false hopes.
That was my last bad experience i’’’’ll never repeat ever.??
