A big junk company has a pathetic delivery and customer service. Very pathetic..The speciality of this FTH is these people even don’t feel shame while repeating same mistakes again and again..Customer service is the utmost pathetic in solving customer complaints..They always have only one copy paste answer " It will not be repeated from tomorrow " And that ufkcing tomorrow never comes.. Seems delivery manages sleep always.. They never track deliveries..And the higher management seems not interested to know what’s going on with their customers and they simply busy counting profits.. Very disgusting behaviour.. Govts asks citizens to support "Make in India" and "startups" and we consider their request, these junk companies play with the customer by spoiling customer’s time and money..They spoil customer’s day.. BUT by these unprofessional and pathetic behavior towards customer, one thing is sure " Back to our street end shops" Will become more popular..
I strongly never recommend this pathetic company FTH to any in my family or friends because I will loose my reputation .. And my reputation is soo important to me and my family unlike FTH..
