Worst After Sales Service

I had bought a Fujitsu S 2020 Laptop, after 1 month of purchase it started giving me the problems like low battery back up, keys not working, body mis alignment, improper casing, hanging etc .


Major problem is the brand & brand service quality - it is very poor & nobody in the company is bothered of customer problems .I communicated at all levels in the company & later realised that this company does not have any standard & is known for poor service . Never ever buy any product from Fujitsu as they dont have any service back up, products are very costly, parts & costly & unavailable .


I wish nobody should be duped as I have been . Be careful with worst products like Fujitsu .
