How do you know about this company ? (Are you employee of it ?) : There was an bad association.
Good things about company
They will show you stars in the heaven. They will promise you moon in your hand. Which any one knows that it is not at all possible. Good thing about this company is that they will take legal action and threaten you once you move out of the organization. All the recruiter speaks only one woman words. (i.e. RUMA from US operations).
No Direct Clients. No Policies but still they are level 3 company.
At UK: They will never give you proper salary slip (in case you want to transfer your WP). The Sales and HR play the role of BOUNCER... Think..........and think...
At USA: You will be shown good picture about projects, vendor and clients.
Be ready to beg with management and HR in Fulcrum logic.
Not so good things about company
The group of HRs(USA/UK/India) are bunch of vegetable sellers. For the downfall of this company these HRs are the only reasons. For Example ( One of the US HR speakes like a street-hawker(God knows how she became an HR where as in India She would not even be considered for the same).
One of the UK HR is there to do her home business, like providing meals to consultants and on the other hand the US HR policies says that don’t intaract persronally with the consultants.)
The Hr in India are all best suited to be brokers in stock market.
