The TV-series Full House is about the daily lives and loves of a joint family in San Francisco. Basically it describes little problems that arise in their lives and how these problems are resolved (with the accompaniment of the trademark soppy tunes and mandatory I-love-you’s).
What I don’t like about this show is the cloying sentimentality. They all try to to act unnaturally cute and this gets on your nerves after a while.
Episodes are based on very trivial topics, such as the one in which DJ (the oldest daughter, maybe 13 at the time) gets a zit. I mean, get a life, it’s not the end of the world. The target audience they are looking for must be really tiny if they feel it is such an earth-shattering event.
Family dramas can be taken much better than this one was. I can only say I am glad they stopped making it.
