I have taken a semi-automatic washing machine in Sep 2011 and I got problem on 23 Apr 2012 of inside locks and water direction wash to spin pipe was damaged, present the local service providers are telling that I have to bare that cost we don’t give you in warranty.
I have question that I am using that machine as per your company demonstrator have told like and it was damaged in 7 months spam as I think inside quality of locks are poor and inside parts damage how can I bare.and they postponing problem 3 months and not solved upto.
