I brought Whirlpool top loading fully automatic washing machine. while buying price looked comparitly ok and product finishing is nice.
Problem is the way they market the product . The price does not include the wheel stand which costs rs.1000+. They recommed buying this as this machine wont work properly without this stand.
Stand is required for sure for balance otherwise machine will not stand in ur bathroom.. it will run here and there. I didnt buy this and within month I realised that was big mistake as due to vibration whole machine alignment was broke and I had to replace the whole thing. good that it was under warranty.
So lesson here is go for products which do proper marketing. of course I had to fight with Service centre to get it fixed and eventually I end uo with buying the stand. still problem is not solved but minimised to 95% so if this is the case why whirlpool is not giving this along with mahcine.they can charge extra so one can take decision if to buy or not.
