Hello,
On July 5 I was visiting your theatre to watch Love Story 2050 for the 11 PM
show in Screen 3.
During the interval my 8 year old male friend wanted to go the washroom, and
I accompanied him.
To our utter surprise we found no child friendly (low in height) urinal in
the Mens room. All the comode sections were occupied at that time as well.
The poor kid had such aharrowing time trying to aim and shoot at a much
heigher urinal than what would be his natural tendency, that frustration
was writ all over his face.
I have left a written feedback with Mr. Dharam Verma Astt. Manager at Fun
Republic Andheri West Mumbai. However he refused to provide a written
acknowledgement of this feedback citing company rules and requested me to
write an email in this regard. So here comes.
I am sure there are hundreds of kids who visit your theatre every day and am
sure facing a similar issue and their parents or guardians also go through a
similar situation just like we did.
Could I please request you to invest a little time and effort and get the
needful done please.
Looking forward to a positive confirmation and thanking in anticipation.
I am marking a copy of this mail to Mr. Jubin Desai from the PR team, whose
reference I have got from the operator at your Corporate Office which I
believe is in the same premises, for a speedy redressal.

Thanks for your response and attention on this issue Ayaz.
Its attention to small details which sometimes enhances customer experience exponentially.
I look forward to hearing from you when a child friendly urinal is installed at Fun Republic at Andheri West.
Additionally, I thought you should be aware that the email from the address provided on your website had bounced back. I am glad I had taken the effort to contact Jubin and mark him a copy of the mail.

A child friendly urinal has now been installed onthe second floor of Fun Republic, Andheri West Mumbai.
More on the fourth Floor will be installed in a week.
