I have been using Fundsindia service for past 2 years and I haven’t gone through any issues til now. I usually do online chat with them if I have any queries about investments and I manage & monitor all my portfolios at one place.
Just don’t keep on reviewing about their service but try it once if you really want to invest online. Of course they send multiple emails about Newfund offer, Weekly portfolios, Your investments summary status, weekly blogs etc.
You get email confirmation and SMS confirmation not only from Fundsindia but also from AMC’s(Asset management company) in each monthly investments!
