Hello frnzz.i am adding peanut butter to my breakfast for the last 3 month.it is a high protein rich product.and musuls is formed from the protein.its hundred grams have 25 gram protein, 25 gram curb , and 50 gram monounsaturated fat.this amount this very good for body.if you are obese then eat it too.because there is no trans fat at all ( 0% ).so eat it widaut fear.maximum time there is no excess of protein in Indian food.but it is made from peanut ( approx 91% ) use.its taste is also very good.you can eat it with brown bread or white bread. This can we your best breakfast. .only breakfast with more protein should be done.if you go to the gym then definitely take it.obesity increases with excess of curb and fat. Thats why protein should eat more.include it in your breakfast and be healthy.
