Pathetic Service & Product, fruad of Inr.87,000

Dear Furny,


PLEASE REFUND, NO MORE EXCUSES, NOT RESPONDING TO CALLS, MESSAGES OR ANY COMMUNICATION. I WANT MY INR. 87000 BACK, IT’S BEEN A MONTH.


I have order Porch recliner 3+1+1 set on 30th june from your website after all the clarity and commitment from Mr. Suraj whoes number is on your website whasapp link.


After 10 days when I tried getting update on product delivery and status from Mr. Suraj I didnt received any reply of my multiple messages and calls from him at all. I dropped him several messages and tried called him 15+ times and anyother furny number I can find online 10 times. Please refer to 1st pic - Order & Communication with Suraj fro your reference it contains order receipt/log, chat with Mr. Suraj and all the calls made just on one day 12th july.


YES, I didnt received any other number on which I can contact furny, followup my order after hours of google search I stumbbled upon number of Nandini from furny after hours of google search and multilple social media profiling. She gave me contact of furny support. Your support executive took few dates from me to update me on status of product and one she failed to do so after a lot of pressure and asking for refund she(YES, I dont know her name as she declined to provide stating she cant provide her name; this was quite unique customer support experience for me) connected me to Mr.Som in support team. Mr.Som took date in range of 21-23rd July for delivery, He stopped responding on 22nd July after calling multiple time on his Number Mr. Deepak picked up call, I explained him scenario he ensured delivery would be made on Friday 23rd finally delivery was attempted on saturday 24th July.


I FOUND PRODUCT DIFFERENT FROM MY ORDER, IT WAS MUCH SMALLER THAN SIZE MENTIONED IN ORDER. I am attaching a 2nd Pic of product ordered vs received for your reference. As you can see dimension of order product was width 42 inch(received under 32 inch), depth 41 inch(received 30 inch), Height 41 Inch(didnt measured) this mismatch was in single seater, similarly for 3 seater ordered width was 86inch(recived 79inch), ordered depth 39inch(recieved under 29inch). I had returned product on spot and tlked to Mr. Deepak from Support on Saturday 24th july around 3pm shared all pics and details he told he would update in 5 mins, I am still wiating for his call/update, he doesnt respond to my calls anymore. starting 4pm saturday 24th july. I also talked to Mr.Bharadwaj supposedly person responsible for delivery of product. He connect me to Mr.Aditya in production team who keeps on taking date of next day or an hour or by evening if he picks the call and than wont respond on given time. He failed to get dimensions of product from team in past 4 days.


I CAN’T TAKE IT ANYMORE


Finaaly I am fedup of your pathetic customer service and product deliverd by you. If this is kind of service you are delivering to a customer who order Inr.87, 000 product, than I am really surprised how you are still in market and didnt shut down already.

A BIG SHOUT TO EVERYONE, "FURNY PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MENTAL PEACE". "FURNY IS PATHETIC, ORDER ONLY IF YOU HAVE NOTHING ELSE IN LIFE TO DO AND IF YOU DONT CARE ABOUR YOUR MONEY, PRODUCT ORDERED AND ABOVE ALL YOUR PEACE OF MIND".
