Bad products even worst Customer Service

I bought a two-seater recliner from Furny.in because I saw good reviews on Amazon about their furniture.


The order was placed on 10/05/2022 and the recliner arrived after a week. By the 7th month that is in December the stitches started tearing off. On Jan 7th 2023 I wrote an email to them. No reply.


I sent them details on Whatsapp(as suggested) on 11th Jan 2023. No reply.


I sent another email on Jan 11th 2023. No reply.


Now the stitching has completely opened up and we can see the material inside.


I have now realised that these are the kind of sellers that do not provide any kind of customer service(in fact such a term does not exist for them).


They just want to grab your money once then you are stuck with a bad product and the headache of trying to reach them and keep knocking your head against a wall.


I urge anyone who is reading this review NOT to buy from this brand of furniture.
