I had a bitter and painful experience buying a kitchen sink (FS 2718 HM) of the FUTURA KITCHEN SINKS. The basic mould and model is poorly designed. This is indicated by stagnating water within the sink which does not drain properly. Each time one has to manually clean up the sink to avoid bad smell, dirty water/food particles sticking on the floor of the sink.
The sorry state is that the customer services are so poor and cleverly designed to show that the company seems to care but ultimately no action is taken at any point in the entire supply chain. Each seller points to the other and avoids his responsibility. When the model itself was poorly designed, the fact that the company is not willing to withdraw such products shows the poor corporate responsibility of the company. I strongly suggest prospective buyers to think before buying the Futura Company products and make sure that you are not deceived through glossy advertisements and promotions.
