They charge normally as club charge one time~145000 Plus for 60 nights in 10 years and take AMC~ 11000 for 6 nights. The reducing interest @ 7.5% for 10 years on club charge is = INR 60000You pay actually in advance to them per night cost 2416(Club charge)+1833(AMC)+ 1000(Interest)= INR 5250.00.The option you get most of the time is of hotels/ properties which is easily you get at INR less than 3000 or 4000 at max.At time of sale, they quote that all 5 star hotel properties are on their panel excluding Taj. But when you are going to opt, you will not find even Oberoi, trident, hayatt etc in their options what they give. All options they offer, you can book your self less than INR 4000 and which including breakfast.You can book hotel by your self as and when you want in 10 minutes. For booking through Future choice, you end up following up with them for 3-4 days and you need to rest in choice what they offer. many time Break fast is even not included in their offer.My advice - do not buy until they improve their services, facilities and make it attractive.This is more of a LALA Company. No professionals working here.I had no choice since at time of sale they say that if you do not like the offer, 100% amount will be refunded but when you ask for refund, they show you terms and conditions.Now I have opted my first booking which I am getting at Booking.com at INR 3199 and I paid them already INR 5250.00. You must laugh and validate advice at your level.I have attached pic of todays cost INR 3199.00 as evidence.
