I have been duped. They call you in a fancy hotel and would tell you about there so money-saving schemes. They will also lure you in a 3N4D FREE trip(for which they will charge you 5000).I bought the membership which has a down payment amount(1.5 to 2 lacs depending on the scheme) and a Rs. 10, 000 AMC(annual maintenance charge). This AMC is not annual this is the charge that they will take for 6N7D, so the word AMC does not apply. When they were selling me the membership, they gave me 14 days of bonus holidays. Now when I ask to claim it, the reservation guy mentioned that I will be able to claim it only after I have claimed the days of AMC and I should claim it next year. I connected to the lady who sold me the plan and she told me that I need to pay additional AMC for the bonus days that I got. So Rs. 20, 000 more. This is a pure lie. She now mentioned that we at no place mentioned that we will not charge the AMC for these bonus day. But then what does bonus mean, and if you are going to charge me for anything in the future, you need to inform me(right.!).I mailed them for 10N11D holiday plan for Goa. I mentioned that I need to use the AMC days and the bonus days(by this time I was not informed that they will charge extra for bonus days). The guy said that they do not have rooms available. I mentioned if I give Rs. 10, 000 AMC for next year then will I get the rooms. He immediately sent me the itenary for the stay.People at FCC, if you are reading this. Please give me my money back. I do not want to deal with so many issues. I do not want to pay and then also indulge in discussions like these.Another review date 24/01/24This is the 2nd time I am giving them 1 star. Last time they gave such pathetic service and I had to give a bad review. They called me and then asked me to remove the bad review and that they will immediately work on my issues and fix them. Now after a year of I try to book a service I am facing the same issue. They do not book anything on call, there is no portal where we can book the service from, and they do not respond well on emails. I am not sure how to communicate with these guys. I am trying to book a service since 18th Jan. it has been a week and I am still not sure if I will be able to make to the holidays using Future Choice.
