I recently stayed at your property and truly enjoyed the experience. The location was ideal, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance made for a very relaxing stay. Your staff was courteous and attentive, which added to the comfort and enjoyment of the visit.
That said, the booking process could use some improvement. It was a bit confusing and took longer than expected to receive confirmation. Streamlining this step would make the overall experience much smoother.
