I faced a disappointing experience with Future Generali India. My motor insurance policy(Policy No. VD7XXXXXX) was inactivated without due process, leaving my vehicle stranded and causing financial loss. Despite being eligible for a 25% NCB, the negligence in verifying my details resulted in unnecessary complications.
This lack of diligence and proper communication reflects poorly on their service standards. I urge them to take accountability and ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers.
