Future pay concept is good but the app and the company needs few improvements to grow further. I came to know about future pay when I visited Big Bazar. There was one offer going on. For purchase above Rs. 4000 if we pay with future pay, then we will get Rs. 600 cash back. I thought the cash back will be received at one go. But it was not like that. It was Rs 150 per month for the next four months. This app did not give any notifications to me that the cash back of 150 has been added to my wallet. It was necessary to go inside the future pay account to check whether the account was credited with 150 rupees or not. I missed my one month cash back of 150 rupees due to this.
So they need to work more to get famous in the market.
