Wrong item delivered

Ordered for Sun king pro solar light(mrp 1600)with order no.040503031 on 25th jan 2012. Got the parcel on 18th feb 2012 and on opening found Avon bag( Article number 300028065 Pkd Dt Sep 09 MRP Rs 499)


Soiled and emitting bad smell and contained the invoice of sun king solar light. After complaining to the customer care they arranged for reverse pickup and the material was picked on 22nd Feb 2012. Waiting for the delivery of correct material as we ordered. Yesterday(7/3/2012) I got the product.
