I placed an order for LG Infinia 42" LED TV on 6th Dec 2011, order number: 5038948589. Exactly when the time line for 7 days delivery is about to get over, I received a call from one of the executives of Future Bazaar, saying they wont be able to deliver me the product as they dont have it on stock and they would process my refund within 10 days. As I have already placed an order with these people I dint purchased it from local dealer in Ahmedabad, which was quoting around same price, and now ultimately I have lost the deal there as well. I am not finding any LEDs below 60k now, so because of foolishness of Future Bazaar I have to bear an extra cost of 14k.
My question is, if you dont have the product in your warehouse, why the hell u display it on website? For no reason, I paid useless futurebazaar guys 46k for 17 days - in case I get refund within 10 days, as committed
Secondly, I was informed they dont have the product and to everybodys surprise the product is still being displayed on its website. This is utter negligence and clear evidence of fooling people.
The website runs on trust relationship based on the repute of Future group and it is actually shocking and shameful to know that Indias biggest retail chain is running such malpractices. If the similar attitude continues, I am sorry to say, but the day is not far when Future group would lose its existence
I would request Future Bazaar either to arrange the product for me or compensate me for the excess amount I have to pay because of their filthy attitude...
