Future bazaar is a bunch of frauds & cheaters

Future bazaar is a bunch of frauds & cheaters. Their services are totally bad. I had placed two different orders on order 5057190584 (24/05/2012) & 5057256038 (31/05/2012). on regular follow up on chats. They promised me that my order 5057190584 will be delivered on 29/05/2012. However, they have cancelled my order without prior notice and didn’t refund my money till date.


Prior I thought its happened once in a while, give them a second chance, so again I placed the order 5057256038 on 31/05/2012, which they delivered me on 05/06/2012 via Quantium, and finally what can u expect from the thieves. They have delivered me completely broken article. I had paid Rs.100 for this using some discount codes. Its not the matter of money, its a matter of trust & believes.


I’ll personally requested everybody to forwarded this post to their friends and family members as much as you can & avoid future bazaar strictly from now onwards.....

Let me confirm that we make our best possible efforts to fulfill all the orders received and deliver the products within the lead time of delivery. However in rare cases we are unable to process the orders received due to the stock issues as it unfortunately did in this case. The stock of the product under the order number 5057190584 was exhausted hence and we were unable to arrange the same from our vendors and hence have cancelled the order and refunded the amount charged to you for the same on 31.05.2012. The refund amount will reflect in your forthcoming bank statement. Further, I am sorry to know that the product delivered under the order number 5057256038 is found damaged. Let me confirm that we always try to deliver the product in a good condition and there is no in tension of delivering a damaged product however the product may get damaged while in transit. We have instructed the logistic partners to arrange the pickup of the damaged product from your shipping address. Simultaneously, we have placed a replacement order on your behalf to be dispatched at once. The replacement order number for your reference is 5057310755. Please be assured that the replacement order will be processed and the product will be delivered at your shipping address by the logistic partners. The tracking information of the shipment will be communicated to you once the product is dispatched from our warehouse.
