Worst site ever seen to purchse any product

Only buy from future bazzar iff the product isnt available in market or available at future bazzar at cheaper rates.


Why?


Their service is terrible. I have very bad experience with them.


I ordered Hand blender from future bazzar, but it took them 20 days to deliver (they guarantee delivery in 7 days, only holds good as punch line it seems) as its not available in their stocks. The blender they delivered was in damaged condition, on complaining they replaced it and delivered the new one within 7 days.


I really felt good then I received an email from that with Rs 500 gift voucher as they are not able to deliver product within 7 days. So I purchased Headphones from their site. This time I got the delivery within 7 days but again in worst condition. Have you ever seen anybody selling a headphone that too Philips headphone without packing, (here I am not considering Chorbazzar) If your answer is yes then add Futurebazzar in your list. I received my headphone wrapped in a plastic bag, that too the same one in which they pack all their boxes. On the top of that my brand new headphone had deep scratches on it at several places. I again mailed them regarding same and again they asked me to send it back. One person from their logistic partner collected it from me. but its been a week already I havent received any reply from them even after sending reminder mail.


In short:




  1. Thy dont ship product within 7 days as they claim.




  2. They ship damaged prod.




  3. They ship unpacked product.




  4. They do not reply to your mails in timely manner.




  5. They dont learn at all from bad experiences.




  6. They dont have toll free number.






....


keep adding....


So before you think to place an order with then think twice.


Dont recomment any one to but from this site... they will curse you. :-)
