I made two orders for trolley bags. Their CC assured delivery on or before 6th feb 2012. But they didnt even ship until 8th Feb.
Upon calling their CC again, the gave fake shipment numbers. For every complaint they are asking 48hrs to reply.
I even to talked to the customer care supervisor. No apologies. They just don’t care that they didn’t fulfill the assured date of delivery.
They are not replying to any emails.
Their gift coupons are not working.
If you don’t want customer care you can buy from futurebazaar.
You may randomly get some items on some time of their convenience. For the remaining they will cancel the order.
