I purchased a Fastrack watch on 25/05/2008 and immidiately I got a confirmation email stating my transaction details. It also stated that shipment is under process. Within 12 hours I got another email stating that shipment is ready to be shipped by
BLUE-DART however it did not have the AWB number. When I called Customer Care even they did not have any information about the AWB number and took a complaint and gave a turn around time of 7 days.
The watch was delivered on 28/05/2008 and I found it upto my satisfaction. On 01/06/2008, a representative from Future Bazaar called me to check if I have raised a complaint .
(I asked him about my shipment and he was about to give me another complaint number for the item that I already have received)
The prices are very reasonable and most of the time discounted. Also shipment is free for some items. I saved Rs. 500+ by buying it from Future Bazaar. Even Central, which is a Future Group company did not offer any discount on the same item.
It was my first business with Future bazaar and I am quite happy with them. Only problem is their CRM system needs to be addressed.
