I want to share my experience with futurebazaar.com
I am an NRI staying in Bahrain from last 4 years. 2 months back on my wife’s birthday I wanted to gift her mobile phone so through searching I came to futurebazaar.com I purchased 1 samsung mobile I paid through
My debit card...
Shopping experience was very good as well as price of the Item... The delivery of the item was very quick the phone reached at my House in mumbai withing 2 days.
When the phone reached the home unfortunately the phone had some scratches On the backside so she called me up and she also reported to the customer Support.
Customer support told my wife to give the phone in bigbazaar outlet With invoice copy but unfortunately she dint had the invoice copy she informed me about it.
Next day I sent email to the customer support regarding the missing invoice and if they can do something to replace the phone..
Very next day the copy of invoice was in my email I sent that copy to india and then the phone was
Replaced by them...
I really appreciate and I am thankful to the customer support team specially Mr.AMJAD KHAN and Ms.SHWETA AGARWAL who made this process very easy as back in India no one know computer in my house and the customer support was very cooperative with me and being abroad I never felt I was out of my country.
