A year back when I started shopping with Futurebazaar, it was awesome experience, prompt shipping and received the items within the given timeline. I used to rate Futurebazaar as No-1 online shopping. But to my despair, from past few months its been a nightmare to shop with Futurebazaar. Items are never shipped so the item will come by given timeline.
They started ignoring after payment is received. Its not just for one item but for my last six orders. Even getting damaged and broken items. When contact Customer Service they don’t even bother to reply. It’s my own experience. Hope they change their attitude soon or surely Futurebazaar will loose many customer’s like me.
