Finally I got all the items they committed for. They didn’t delivery the whirlpool oil room heater, but everything else. Refunded the money for the heaters.
By mistake they sent me some freebies :). Overall I am satisfied with futurebazaar.com and I will defenately do shop again on next sale ;).

I used to like the Futurebazaar.com because I placed orders (worth more than lakh)with them in 2008 & 2009 for Diwali gifts to be delivered directly to the relatives / friends.
The packing was nice, Invoice was never included with the gift and everyone who got it, appreciated it to me.
But as any other company listed in Share Market, this group also came under pressure to show better profit margin every quarter. And some cheats in Management thought of cheating the customers (killing the hen to get all gold eggs). They launched the Zero Margin sale, some of the items were really very attractive like Whirlpool digital oil room heater with MRP of 8000 but normaly available around 6, 000 was available for 2390. Inalasa Food Processormaxie Plus with MRP 7, 000 was available for 2390 too. Similarly other items like toaster, sandwich maker, hand blender, and steam iron.
As I bought these products in past, and I knew these are good products. I bought these products so that I can use them for gifting purpose in Marriages, birthday, Anniversaries etc.
First I got call that all except blender are not in stock, we have dispatched the blender and for other items they offered me alternate item of Koryo. Koryo is their own brand of very bad quality. When I asked them to cancel the order they asked me to wait for a week, as new stock is coming but now they have cancelled the lucartive items like Whirlpool oil heater, Food Processor, mobile phone.
I was at doubt from the start, because I could not believe that so much margin is there in the electronic goods.
Now, I have filled dispute for all transactions with CC Bank.
I used to buy alot of stuff online, but these guys have shattered my trust so badly that I am hesitant to buy even from site like ebay, which also I have used for many years. :(

I got the blenders from them, both peices broken. I called the callcenter, and they asked me to goto nearest bigbazaar and drop it there. I went to big Bazaar in Ambience, they told me that they are not aware of any such system, and I will have to courier it back to them... Wasted so much fuel and time, I made the bigbazaar manager speak to them, and they (futurebazaar.com) told me that, they will get it picked up in 2-3 days.

They took the return of blender, will see in my next CC statement whether refund is done or not.
They have delivered most of the goods finaly except the Diamond mobile phone, and whirlpool oil room heater. Lets see whether they deliver these or not.

I have placed many orders between July and August, All arrived fast and were good. So I am changing the Product rating to Excellent and changing that I will recommend this site .... Infact I do it already.
