Excited by theirSabse saste 5 din offer me & my father placed two orders on futurebazaar.com. This was first time we were buying something from this site & was not very sure after seeing the list less layout & a poor organization of products. We decided to order something cheap. We ordered our first product on cash on delivery basis & for second paid through the credit card.
My first order was promptly delivered with 3-4 days of ordering. I am still waiting for my fathers second order -(Order no. - 5040666034) there has been no sign of it - no email, no sms, no call - nothing. I have received messages from other sites in case of delays but looks like Mr. Kishore Biyani does not believe in customer centricity.
I called them - it took me nearly 10 mins to get to the delivery deptt, when asked abt the order she said -it;s ready for shipping, when I asked that its been ready for shipping(as per site status) for last 10 days -then she said that she will transfer my call to complaint deptt. I said it should be the responsibility of delivery deptt.- then she had no answer & were hell bent on transferring my call or putting the phone down. On being transferred tocomplaint deptt. - I was informed that im caller no. 13 in the queue - I waited for nearly 10 mins but there was no status change in my unlucky no. 13.
Guess they are very poorly managed & the call center staff is over burdened. Have decided not to buy anything from this site or even if I will - it will not be something costly n urgent & will always be on COD.
I have tried numerous no. of sites & this was one of my worst experiences. Sabse saste 5 din - guess it turned out to be quite costly 15 days afterwards for futurebazaar.com & the customers as well.
