A shame on the Indian Retail

I had ordered a Philips DVD player and Philips Home Theatre:


Order No:5057276832 and 5057309913 on June 5 and June 7. The products were supposed to reach me within 3 days. But the product did not reach after one week. I mailed several mails to the customer support@ and never got a reply back. I called the customtakeouter care on 13th June and a guy told me the product was out of stock and Product is in "Chennai" and will reach me the next day. He assured me that both the products will reach me by June 15th.


On June 14th, I called again since I didn’t receive the product, I called customer care executive (Sajid) he told me that more 24 hrs needed and transferred to his senior (Muhamad). his senior told me that he will ask his senior to get in touch with me by next day morning. I am writing this in the afternoon and I did not get a call back from that senior and have not received the product as well. Even if someone brings the product by walk from Chennai I would have received the product by now. When I asked about penalty they telling me that they will refund the money that too after 10 days. The Future Bazaar has cheated me and I have wasted my money on them.


I would request every one in this country not to buy a thing from this WEBSITE. It is a fraudulent website. This online shopping center should be Banned from selling anything online.
