It is hard to believe our country is moving in a worst situation where the corruption is not in government sector. But a number of cheaters, tug and frauds are appearing in the market. One such group of fraud people is running the Futurebazar, and their friendly company Blue Dart that help them by showing wrong shipment information.
I have booked order on 28-02-2012, No: 5056729423. On the next couple of days I was told that my shipment had been booked with blue Dart AWB No. 44961875976. When I did not receive the shipment, I called the courier company on 13-03-2012, and was surprised to know that they have no information about the parcel. After a lot of discussions, the executive transferred the call to a lady who is dealing with the FutureBazar(Complaint No. 2450459). She made it sure that in next 24 hours they will give me a call and let me know about the shipment. But I never received a call. So I called the FutureBazar again and they informed me that the company had picked the Parcel on 10-03-2012 and I will receive in 48 hours. Anyone can check from the Blue Dart, the pickup date given with above AWB is 01-03-2012. This clearly shows that without picking the parcel the Blue Dart have shown the AWB number, simply to confuse me. Today when I called the company both Blue Dart, they replied in a more simple way that they are answerable to FutureBazar, not to me. Can anyone ask them, why they mislead me by giving the AWB, if they had not received the parcel.
Now second call I made to FutureBazar, what a joke….The answer is they have send the parcel and Srinagar office had not received, so they will register a complaint and will reply in 4 working days. What were they doing for 15 days? In 15 days I made at least 5 calls to them and their answer was they dispatched. If they are truly innocent, they should have tried to see about the complaint at their own. But the fact is they knew the whole thing. They simply mislead. The best part is that the customer executive is advising me to be patient and professional. So a customer should be professional, but not these tugs. Had they tried to be professional, I would have never called them
If I conclude that they are a group of thugs, who simply book your order, take the money, do business with it and earn money without caring about you. And the Blue Dart is giving them full support by entering the information about the AWB, so that you will never feel rats smell. Friends never think of the amount of order, they do not cheat only you, because in one day they book the order for a number of people, so count in that way.
Finally I am looking for some more people and going to file a suit in court. If you have similar situation, write to me, so that I joint suit can be filed. And I request my all friends not to shop with them. I have ordered the same thing from other company yesterday and today they are going to deliver. I will not mention the name of the company here, because I am not doing any advertisement. But After I fix the things with FutureBazar, I will write the name of company.
