Unresponsive, pls avoid

I believe I am one of the first customers of futurebazaar.com - the online version fo bigbazaar. The claims are high and the customer support is claimed to be superb, but pls dont go by the ads, the experience will be worse.


Nobody picks up the call when you call in the customer care no provided. I have tried for 3-4 days continuously but to no avail.


The product has not reached me even after 2 weeks, but money has been properly deducted. If you are buying from future bazaar, I suggest you at least(note this) have a leadtime of 2weeks. And as you know, I am still waiting for my nokia boom set.


The emails to improve the customer care goes unanswered(natural) but even the customer complaints are uncared. Think about not getting your calls unanswered, when you get a faulty product. I suggest you avoid futurebazaar.com for now (I dont have much expectations for the future tho’).
