On 30 June I ordered online and went through the whole process. Entered my Name, Address etc etc and was directed to online payment through credit card. I completed that too and that took me to additional security of my credit card issuing bank.
I verified that to and payment was done/accepted by my bank . Then you know what ?? The futurebazaar.com where I reached back after making payment says , YOUR FIRST NAME IS MISSING IN BILLING ADDRESS , HOW COME ? No order got generated and the site suggested to go through the process again and place the order ??? That too after they charged my credit card !
Lousy website prone to errors and glitches . AVOID IT LIKE PLAGUE !
