Yes, worse but true..
If you order from Futurebazaar, you are 100% sure that your order will be cancelled after two days. I ordered from pantaloons section of futurebazaar.com on sunday. everything went smooth, no errors, no mistakes.. But, I didnt get any confirmation other than from bank about the process.. Even in purchase history, it was not displayed. So didnt do much waited for monday.. I tried calling customer care and I waited on hold for like 30 minutes (please hold the line as we transfer).
Well, later in a day, someone from customer care called up and asked about ’purchasing a mobile phone’. infact I never thought of purchasing phone (i did click on blackberry from their website). He was saying technical error (which no human can see) has happened. so your order can get cancelled.. When I asked few doubts, he said ’i am repeating the same thing’. I felt that I am asking too much after paying for something .. I dont have any right to ask question for a delivery which I already paid for. So, disconnected the phone from my end.. Immediately I got a mail saying that your order is cancelled..
I never told him to cancel the order. I was about to buy one more product but, after this, I thought I will better stay away. I always read reviews about products which I normally buy. But did a big mistake by not reading the reviews here before I placed an order.
