I ordered Lava W 150 WIFI Router from this site on 31st of March, Order Number 5056919078. I asked clearly if the produt is available or not. I was informed that product is available and it will be delivered by 4th of April. Till 3rd of April the product was not despatched. Worse of all, the docket number is shown invalid in Aramex site which has tie up with this site to deliver products. Till 5th of April, no one has any idea where the product is and when it will be delivered. I don’t know if product will ever be delivered. I have given up hope.
In contrast to it, Sulekha provides amazing service. Prompt delivery and excellent customer care.
I strongly suggest not to prefer this site for odering stuff untill and unless you are ready for mental harresment. If you do, then always go for Cash On Delivery so that your money is safe.
