Defective electronic product shipped

I had placed and order no 5057200429 on 25/5/12 for Mitashi AM/FM player and paid thru netbanking .I received the product on 29/5/12. I was shocked to know that the item I received is not functioning at all and seems to be defective.When I approached the customer care team at 0922 222 1947 they told me that they will look into it and then get back to me but unfortunately I did not receive any call from them. It seems that they simply wants the customer to pay and forget thereafter. I am now regretting for the order that I have placed.


I have landed up in trouble and loss. What is the fun in buying anything from a major online vendor when I cannot rely on them. SHAME on these guys who never bother about the customer at all.
