It seems there is no system or accountability at this dealer. Cs execs don’t bother to keep to schedules when attending an enquiry, do not send TUV vehicle for test drive over 3 days. Lose sale to other better managed ged dealer.
When told that the test drive will now be taken from another dealer, say that they could be contacted for purchase once test drive is taken from else where.
