Guys, i have bought a hp laptop form the gadget world recently and they have given some unworthy compliment where nobody will use those thing for laptops and we have demanded for some good accessories and they have agreed, after that there is no response from them.
They will never pick ur call. Somebody will attend they will say he is not available and he is on the other call. All false commitment.
Some guy will say he has gone to the restrooms for hours and never turn up and the name is deepak raman. Under the excellent leader ship of john sales executive office, he will scold the staff infront of customer but solution is zero. He speaks as if he is giving one of the fine customer service as if we have not entered in to any other shop for purchasing gadgets.
Deepak is the one crooked guy who gives false commitment. Tomorrow i will deliver sir. All sort of thing they will speak over phone. The next day "tomorrow" will never come for them or there is no tomorrow in the dictionary of gadget world.
They will never ever turn up. Please never ever enter in gadget world. Very very poor customer service. Horrible support staff. They don’t know how to behave with the customer. Horrible customer service. False commitment. Please don’t enter in to that shop, gadget world. Save your valuable money.
