This restaurant is in MIDC Andheri (East), in a lane opposite the ESIS hospital.
Went there because I had heard of a lot about it,
We are a Goan family, and seafood is a way of life for us.
Unfortunately, Gajalee at MIDC let us down.
The menu is good, but the quantity and quality of food is very poor.
We did not each much, but the feeling is that of a bloated tummy.
I do not know what ingredients they use.
I suspect their cooking oil and condiments.
Even the costs are steep.
Our order was for Bombil Fry (1 portion - 5 pieces), Fish Fry (2 portions, 2 pieces total),
Oyster Tandoori (1 portion, about 8 pieces), Chappati (10), Clam Masala (1),
Cold Drink (1 bottle), Sp Pomfret Masala (1 portion, 5 pieces), Solkadi (1),
Plain Rice (2 portions), Caramel Custard(2 portions).
The bill was Rs 1328 including VAT.
The place is a bit seedy, no AC, open to the outside world.
Ample parking place, though.
