Whether its intelligent humour that you are looking for or some casual reading on a lazy sunday afternoon, Wodehouse manages to make you smile and remain glued to this book till you finish it.Galahad’s rather good intentions coupled with his tendency to create nuisance make him a treat to read about. A rather unusual one coz for once bertie is not the only nervous wreck in the plot.
You wont be disappointed with this one if you are looking for a generous dose of love and courtships and problems and ’’solutions’’. I know I have given more than just a hint but then when its a blandings story by wodehouse its as if the fact that you know the murderer in a suspense movie makes it funnier to watch the guy do it. And then of course you have the usual Bertie-Jeeves duo to ’’solve’’ just about every problem. Not to be missed Wodehouse novel out of the Blandings stable. Enjoy!
