Every company’s work culture is determined by the employees only, specially the managers and to some extend the RBMs or ZBMs, so if U’r an achiever, U can survive almost anywhere! Even if this company says that they are ethical there’s still a manager who’s known for his unethical practice who was shown the exit once in CIPLA nurture, then he worked in Ranbaxy for some 2 years & then after getting rejected he managed to get back the offer (after getting rejected in the first place) from this company recently.
There are rumors of him injecting sick thoughts about the company into the mind of an abott manager who was actually selected but backed up in the 11th hour, Now one more thing to add up that he’s known for his unethical practices till now ! Internal promotion is said to be one of the company’s plus point, then again the NSM is from some other company, how ironic ! There are some managers who are very good & there are some who are nowhere near them, personality wise or professional ethics wise.
