Galderma is a good company through out the world but in India galderma is like the other Indian pharma company, I have worked more then one year with galderma India, before joining I thought that it’s a company who really provides a good working culture to it’s employee but after joining I came to know that galderma India is not providing good salary, growth and good working culture to it’s employees.Now days Galderma forgets all it’s ethics and a level of a MNC.The management is only looking for the growth of the company to make it 100 crore company in india by 2012 but the forget that their employees is the steps to take the company to 100 crore.but I think that the management is not working towards the welfare of it’s employee and there is so much sale pressure on the field staff to do 100% budget in any condition.The selections of Managers is not good they force their junior to do unethical things to achieve budget. this is the reason peoples are shifting to other companies; all the old employees of the company left the organization and the new ones is looking for change, this is the reason their sales is dipping down........
I suggest the Management of Galderma to take care of its employees first, give them a motivation I terms of salary and good working culture, and also look in the market that their sales is not RX sales peoples are taking wrong ways to achieve their budgets i hope Galderma india works on that.
